Weight Challenge


Hi everyone. I have embarked on “The Great Weight reduction quest”. Here is my progress so far. I’m pretty impressed with my self, even though I have a long way to go. I haven’t set myself a weight goal I will keep going till it feels right. But I have set myself a couple of fitness goals for the year.

  1. Run the Bridge to Brisbane on father’s day. This is 10 Klms and in September so not outrageous
  2. Be fit enough and swimming well enough to do my Bronze medallion in Surf life saving next Summer

I may even update this blog to tell you how I’m going. You never know!
