Hi everyone. I have embarked on “The Great Weight reduction quest”. Here is my progress so far. I’m pretty impressed with my self, even though I have a long way to go. I haven’t set myself a weight goal I will keep going till it feels right. But I have set myself a couple of fitness goals for the year.
- Run the Bridge to Brisbane on father’s day. This is 10 Klms and in September so not outrageous
- Be fit enough and swimming well enough to do my Bronze medallion in Surf life saving next Summer
I may even update this blog to tell you how I’m going. You never know!
